The Business Systems Administrator will manage and support Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business systems integrations, ensuring data integrity and facilitating system enhancements and change management.

Salesforce.com is at the center of this transformation, supported by key integrations with NetSuite, Jasper, Gainsight, Dialpad, our Customer Portal, and our Support System. We are looking for a Business Systems Administrator to ensure these platforms and integrations run seamlessly, support our teams, and scale with our growth.
What You Will Work On
- Administer and support Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, Dialpad, Customer Portal, and our Support System.
- Manage data integrity, permissions, and workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability across systems.
- Integrations
- Serve as Clear Capital’s implementation lead for integrations between Salesforce and tools such as NetSuite, Jasper, Gainsight, Dialpad, and the Customer Portal.
- Oversee installation, testing, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of integrations.
- Conduct weekly and monthly verification and reconciliation to ensure smooth data flows.
- Change Management
- Manage all system enhancement requests through a structured approval and change management process.
- Evaluate company-wide impact of requests, consult with stakeholders, and secure approvals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
- Implementation & Support
- Act as a trusted partner to business and technical teams during design, scoping, and testing of system enhancements.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, support, and training as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Systems Administrator.
- Familiarity with ERP and business platforms such as NetSuite, Jasper, Gainsight, Dialpad, and Customer Portal solutions.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and change management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $84,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
