Position Purpose: Plans, conceptualizes, configures, and builds solutions that solve common challenges within the business by using technological tools or programs. Conducts research and requirement gathering to determine customer needs and drive strategy and oversee the development process. A cross-functional role that encompasses a broad range of business knowledge and technical skillsets, working in collaboration with multiple teams and specialists. Takes an active role in design, development, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Writes code for software programs and applications using inheritance and virtualization following best programming practices.
  • Performs complex research and analysis to find best solutions to stakeholder requests or problems using best method or tools to develop solutions.
  • Conducts meetings to gather requirements and updates on ongoing projects. Maintains communication with stakeholders during solution development.
  • Collaborating with peers on development and solution strategy to identify the most efficient and effective product solutions. Performs regular code reviews and requests.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Teradata or Snowflake experience. Data Analyst experience. Previous experience with Power Platform development.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
