Job Summary
The Partner Development Principal position develops the strategy and drives the business development team in creating strong, mutually beneficial broker dealer, Carrier, RIA relationships and large agency relationships. The Partner Developent Principal represents TruChoice with executive level COIs within these organiziations. S/he is responsible for maintaining deep competitive and industry knowledge to drive strategy, and client discussion. The role will oversee the strategic expansion and pipeline development across all product lines to drive sales growth while developing long-term, loyal relationships. Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies in partnership with Marketing and Distribution executives to consistently enhance our value proposition resulting in maximized revenue and profitability, including managing revenue sharing. Develops and monitors performance metrics that assess effectiveness and efficiencies. Provides leadership and direction to the Strategic Account Managers and collaborates with the sales teams of TruChoice and manages attributable expense and budget allotments.Job Description
Promote and sell company and annuity products offered through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass profitability and recruiting goals on an individual/team basis. Possess knowledge of all company products and creative ways to market these products to producers using advanced marketing concepts. Provide producers with product information, quotations, and materials required to be licensed and/or write business. Understand in detail annuities, life insurance and tax code relating to the industry. Introduce producers to our value-added programs and their benefits. Identify and maintain contact with potential and existing producers as required. Maintain and update producer information in computer database. Identify and maintain contact with producers through follow up on product quotes, materials sent, and thank you calls for new business received. Identify and resolve any potential issues and work with the appropriate people to resolve. Provide producers with support and problem solving in all areas.Similar Jobs
