    CLA is currently seeking a Business Software Director - Sage Intacct to join our growing CLA Digital Team. This role is a leader in developing and managing staff, business plans, and fiscal budgets. They are responsible for developing and administering the business software consulting practice within the region. They develop and update strategies and guidelines for delivery of business software solutions to firm clients.

    About the role:

    • Collaborate with existing clients and the Client Success team to understand Client's evolving business needs and translate those into Sage Intacct solution requirement. 
    • Lead discovery scoping calls to gather functional requirements for new modules, integrations, or process optimization. 
    • Define project scope and hours for implementation of recommendations 
    • Create and present Statement of Work (SOWs), including timelines and estimates 
    • Identify potential risks and customizations needed early in the project scoping process to ensure a smooth implementation project and adjust scope and hours accordingly 
    • Experience leading & performing as a subject matter expert on implementations of advanced modules such as: 
      • Dynamic Allocations 
      • Global Consolidations 
      • Advanced CRM Integration 
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical solutions 
    • Able to translate customer requirements into executable solutions in Sage Intacct 
    • Ability to scope and estimate ERP projects accurately 
    • Experience creating SOWs  
    • Sales demo experience 

    Managing Engagements: Monitors action plans for multiple projects and delegates assignments based on individual team member strengths and passions. Works with the Business Software Services Manager to review, correct course, and provide quality assurance for projects. Proactively seeks opportunities to build relationships through marketing or other networking efforts. They leverage existing relationships to promote new services to current clients, generates client referrals, and builds new relationships.

    Managing Operations: Works with local offices to ensure understanding of new initiatives, consistency, and compatibility with business software solutions delivery capabilities. Develops improvement programs to enhance business software consulting capabilities and grow existing services.

    Person should have extensive Sage Intacct experience.

    What you will need:

    8 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required

    overall experience must also include 3 years of supervisory or project management experience

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (combination of education, experience, and training may be considered a degree equivalent)
