Job Description
SHIFT: 3rd (11 pm to 6:30am)
PAY RATE: $22.13 + $1.00 diff.
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and assembling production equipment, freezers, etc., in accordance with established procedures. Safely uses chemicals, high pressure hoses and other equipment and/or machines to sanitize assigned areas. Sweep, mop and vacuum floors, clean walls and windows and other janitorial duties. Work in Production/Bakery area as Line Sanitation support for up to 2 hours/day. Completes other duties as directed by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work scheduled shift hours
• Prefer applicant with experience in sanitation or similar, chemical handling and application.
• Knowledge of machine operation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work in a cold, wet and warm environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prefer candidate with good attendance record.
• Must have basic reading comprehension skills in English or Spanish.
• Able to climb height as high as 50ft. to access and clean storage vessels.
• Able to utilize basic math to apply to chemical dilution rates & testing.
• Able to work overtime when need it.
