The Project/Program Manager serves as the central coordination and control function for VWS investment activity, responsible for establishing forward visibility, managing capacity, and sequencing execution across a complex and interdependent pipeline of product and client-driven events.

This role operates at the intersection of people, process, and technology, acting as the system-level orchestrator for intake, prioritization, and routing of investment activity, ensuring alignment with business strategy while minimizing execution risk and client disruption.

Accountable for pipeline integrity, execution predictability, and risk management, while transforming fragmented coordination into a scalable, enterprise operating model that enables aligned, efficient delivery and minimizes client disruption.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional governance forums to align on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across stakeholders (VWS, Finance, Operations, IMG, PRD, IT, etc.).

  • Enable data-driven decision-making by providing visibility into pipeline demand, capacity, risks, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate resolution of conflicts, escalations, and competing priorities. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues.

  • Own the integrity and transparency of the end-to-end investment activity pipeline.

  • Establish and maintain structured intake processes across business partners.

  • Maintain a forward-looking pipeline to support proactive planning. Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, capacity, and execution performance.

  • Ensure consistent alignment between short-term execution and long-term objectives.

  • Design and implement a scalable, disciplined operating model for intake, prioritization, and execution.

  • Lead change management efforts to embed new processes, governance, and behaviors across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or related roles. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise impact

  • Experience managing interdependent pipelines, prioritization, and capacity planning

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across all levels of the organization

  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
