  • Harmonize sales-related master data (customers, pricing, materials) across systems and regions.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and minimal disruption.
  • Optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and operational processes across the full value chain.
  • Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions, HUBs, and factories.
  • Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and root causes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into structured process and system requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and digital solutions, enabling consistent data flow.
  • Support global programs by promoting standard adoption and scalable solutions.
  • Develop clear process documentation and best practices to support global adoption.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and digital sales integration.

  • Proven experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be), process modeling, and standardization initiatives.
  • Experience working with integrated system landscapes supporting business processes.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM systems and/or e-commerce platforms is required.
  • Knowledge of master data management and data harmonization principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex system landscapes and design effective integration solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation or SAP implementation projects is an advantage.
