Lead Cox Fleet process design, standardization, and continuous improvement across the business. Drive transformation initiatives (acquisitions, integrations), partner with stakeholders and BI to build metrics, govern process standards, prioritize technology enhancements, and manage implementation of process excellence and change management to improve efficiency and compliance.
The Business Process Design and Improvement Senior Manager is a critical position that oversees the delivery and support for process excellence. This position reports directly to the Sr Director Strategic Planning and serves as a partner by engaging with business leaders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and end-to-end process governance.
This position will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Cox Fleet process design, improvement, standardization, and optimization across the business. This role will also support key strategic initiatives for the business, focusing on transformation potentially including and not limited to: acquisitions, integrations, strategic projects charted by executives, among other initiatives as needed. This position will also help to meet Cox strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, continuous improvement, change management, governance, and communication experience in a global organization, with a track record leading a high performing team and implementing best practices.

USD 122,600.00 - 204,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $122,600.00 - $204,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Process Excellence:
- Execute against day-to-day activities of the Cox Fleet Transformation programs
- Responsible for identifying efficiencies and executing strategic methods to optimize people, process, and technology solutions across Cox Fleet functions
- Lead benchmarking studies and competitive intelligence assessments across functions, including ongoing target setting
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to build a metrics and performance management strategy and culture, driving measurable business results
- Design and embed an approach to ongoing continuous process improvement, including an end-to-end process assessment strategy, as well as tactical resource and implementation planning and delivery approach
- Accountable for all process standards: data, reporting, systems security, compliance, controls, change management and process excellence
Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive governance and business partner relationships, including shared objectives for end-to-end process solutions
- Develop and implement goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to all aspects of the group, in partnership with Operations and other key stakeholders. Responsible for tracking and meeting those goals and ensuring adherence to those policies and procedures
- Identify, govern, prioritize, and adjudicate technology enhancements, partnering with Technology to build and support the deployment of ongoing roadmap of solutions
- Works with internal and external auditors annually and/or as needed based on their requests for information
- Perform special projects as required
Education, experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of relevant experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with consulting, continuous improvement, project management, or other relevant disciplines highly preferred
- Proven ability to influence and to collaborate at the highest levels of corporate management
- Experience with continuous improvement and project management - Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus
- Experience driving organizational change - including large scale transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in successfully leading high performing teams with tight deadlines and improving efficiencies
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Demonstrated financial analysis strength
- Experience in managing large-scale, high-volume systems and multiple functions
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Must be open to travel around 25% with additional travel if necessary
