Troubleshoots product and system issues, answers usage questions, documents cases in CRM systems, meets support service-level goals, manages multiple tickets, follows up with customers, and coordinates with internal teams. Requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Administers employee absence, leave, workplace accommodation, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs across the U.S. and Canada. Serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners; reviews and routes cases, maintains accurate records, coordinates documentation and status updates, provides multichannel support, and ensures compliance with leave regulations, ADA, EEOC, FMCSA, and company policies. Escalates complex cases and identifies process improvements.

Conducts quality audits of absence, accommodation, and workers’ compensation cases; evaluates compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, ERISA, and related regulations; analyzes trends and risks; provides feedback and coaching; develops reports and dashboards; recommends process improvements; supports training, change management, and implementation of new tools and workflows.

Administers and coordinates U.S. and Canadian absence, accommodation, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work cases. Partners with employees, HR, third-party administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant case progression, documentation, communications, and timely resolutions. Supports FMLA, ADA, PWFA, DOT/FMCSA, military, disability, and related leave programs. Reviews case data, tracks service levels and escalations, maintains reporting dashboards, supports audits, and identifies operational improvements.

Supports compliant administration of employee leave, accommodations, disability benefits, and workers’ compensation programs across North America. Partners with HR, Legal, Risk, leaders, vendors, and employees on complex cases, policy interpretation, compliance, escalations, training, and process improvements. Analyzes trends, claims activity, scorecards, and dashboards; maintains case-system access and reporting; supports policy updates, governance reviews, and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

Administer and improve Workday and multi-platform HR security, including role-based access, security groups, access reviews, request approvals, audit support, governance documentation, and compliance controls. Evaluate elevated access requests, identify risks, resolve routine issues, coordinate remediation, and escalate complex decisions. Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to strengthen policies, processes, and least-privilege access across Workday, Peakon, UKG, Prism, and HR data platforms.

Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding subscription revenue, forecasting sales, conducting ROI reviews, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, consulting with dealers using market and performance data, coordinating referrals and implementations, and resolving customer issues. The role requires field travel, relationship development, consultative selling, and achievement of revenue, retention, and referral goals.

Conduct on-site physical, inventory, title, and financial audits of automobile dealerships to assess business health and risk. Document findings, verify collateral and inventory, identify compliance concerns, and report results to Operations, Risk, and leadership. Work directly with dealers to resolve missing documentation, payments, and inventory issues. Support repossessions by securing collateral, coordinating transportation, and monitoring receivables. The role requires extensive regional travel, outdoor fieldwork, customer interaction, and independent judgment.
