Provides remote technical customer support for Xtime and Cox Automotive products through phone, email, and chat. Resolves routine product and application issues, documents cases in CRM systems, trains and coaches customers, coordinates with internal teams, and follows up through resolution while meeting quality standards.

Manages employee relations and ethics investigations, advises leaders and HR partners, audits case work, identifies labor and employee relations trends, and supports compliant workplace practices. The role documents cases, develops investigation processes, assists with legal complaints, promotes employee engagement, and provides coaching and conflict resolution guidance. It requires strong knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations, ethics and compliance, discretion, communication, and data interpretation.

Leads employee relations investigations and a U.S.-wide labor relations strategy. Manages Employee Relations professionals, conducts escalated investigations, advises leaders on labor matters, supports union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements, monitors legal and regulatory trends, develops positive employee relations programs, delivers training, and partners with legal, communications, and HR stakeholders on risk mitigation and workforce readiness.
