In This Role

You will partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence across business planning, budget management, workforce planning, executive communications, and strategic initiatives. This highly visible role sits at the center of a rapidly evolving commercial organization and supports leaders responsible for areas such as pricing, licensing, packaging, monetization, and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

•    Prepare leadership meetings, develop presentation materials, document decisions, and track follow-up actions. 
•    Manage leadership team operating rhythms, planning activities, and cross-functional priorities. 
•    Track budgets, headcount, vendors, and other organizational resources to support accurate reporting and decision-making. 
•    Coordinate workforce-planning and resource-management processes. 
•    Develop executive-ready communications, presentations, meeting content, and organizational updates. 
•    Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic and operational initiatives. 
•    Independently manage projects that improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency. 
•    Monitor deliverables, risks, timelines, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams. 
•    Support organizational planning and change initiatives within a newly formed and evolving organization. 

Qualifications

•    5–7 years of experience in business operations, program management, chief of staff, strategy and operations, organizational planning.
•    5–7 years of experience managing business plans, project execution, tracking, and operational processes. 
•    5–7 years of experience with budget tracking, workforce planning, vendor management, resource management, or reporting. 
•    5–7 years of experience developing executive communications, leadership presentations, and meeting materials. 
•    Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills. 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Strong project-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely work. 
•    Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams and functions. 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience supporting executives or senior leadership teams. 
•    Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization. 
•    Experience establishing or managing leadership team operating rhythms. 
•    Ability to translate complex information into concise, executive-ready communications. 
•    Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. 
•    Demonstrated success improving business processes and organizational effectiveness. 
•    Comfort operating in a newly formed, rapidly changing, or ambiguous environment. 
•    Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement for in-person collaboration as needed.

Compensation

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $35 to $38 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
