Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business systems supporting commissioning, quality, and infrastructure projects. Gather requirements, improve workflows and data quality, coordinate user acceptance testing, manage enhancement requests, and validate reporting accuracy. Collaborate with operational, engineering, construction quality, and regional stakeholders to support governance, project readiness, issue tracking, and data-driven decision-making. Create documentation, training materials, and communications for system releases and reporting changes.

Supports software release management for productivity applications, including release notes, Patch Tuesday preparation, Mac and iOS releases, readiness checks, documentation, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinates engineering and cross-functional teams, tracks dependencies and timelines, maintains release plans and technical records, communicates risks and status, and improves release processes and documentation quality.

Evaluate emerging hardware technologies and measure software workload performance across hardware platforms for cloud computing environments. Develop automation scripts and tools for testing, data collection, and analysis; identify bottlenecks and hardware/software tradeoffs; organize and document findings; and present actionable performance insights to technical stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of technology support service accounts, driving renewals, new business, contract negotiations, customer retention, forecasting, and revenue growth. Partner with account managers, customer success teams, and internal sales support to develop proposals, resolve objections, execute close plans, and align technology services with customer needs. The role requires independent account management, full-cycle solution sales experience, and fluency in Japanese and Mandarin. It is remote for candidates located on the U.S. West Coast.

Ensures linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, consistent terminology, and quality across projects. Uses computer-assisted translation tools, manages terminology and translation memory, collaborates with translators and stakeholders, and adapts to changing priorities and deadlines. Requires native-level Polish, strong English, professional translation experience, gaming familiarity, organizational skills, and proficiency with operating systems and Microsoft Office.
