Job Description

We are looking for a Business Manager position to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will manage major projects and initiatives for the Enterprise & Wholesale business unit including go-to-market initiatives, product launches, revenue assurance, customer retention, pricing actions, and marketing programs. You will be a key partner with the senior leadership team with extensive visibility- and will help drive key projects, reporting and presentations.

As Business Manager, you will have the following duties:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of major projects – including those in Business Operations, Enterprise Sales, Wholesale Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management and Carrier Relations
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects of varying sizes
  • Facilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans/methods to monitor and track progress
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Provide weekly reports on activities and project status
  • Build long-term, value-based relationships with decisionmakers and influencers to understand the business landscape and business trends
  • Recognize opportunities for process improvement and/or additional projects and programs driving revenue expansion and cost savings
  • Partner with Senior leadership to create impactful presentations and reports
  • Manage overall customer metrics, including usage data, health indicators and renewal dates to align with customer objectives

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • 10+ years business management, customer success or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in working with complex, Fortune 500, multi-divisional, international customer
  • Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives
  • Assertive verbal and written communications skills with ability to build strategic relationships (deep and wide) within organizations
  • Highly skilled developing powerpoints and managing data in excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)
  • Strong technology and data networking knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in evolving technology sector
  • Effective and confident decision making based on business and financial principles
