About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the product division within Wealth and Investment Management Operations. This team works closely with WIM Ops business partners and technology partners to define and deliver transformative solutions for the WIM Ops - Client Reporting related priorities. This product team is currently working on multi-year strategic initiatives such as implementing a modern Tax Cost Basis platform and executing a client communication strategy that improves efficiency as well as client experience. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

  • Plan and deliver specific WIM Ops systems changes within defined scope of work

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience within brokerage and/or trust

  • 2+ years of experience with Jira Align/Jira and Jira scrum framework

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing product-related presentations for management/senior leaders

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
