The Team

Our Business Development team is the driving force behind Make.com's growth. We are curious, ambitious, and dedicated to helping companies optimize their processes with automation. This is a highly visible, collaborative role with a direct impact on revenue growth. You’ll have quota-carrying responsibility for generating and nurturing a net-new sales pipeline each quarter.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Make.com, your primary goal is to identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). You will work closely with 2-3 AEs, engaging with prospects to understand their automation needs and how Make can transform their operations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect & Engage – Identify and connect with strategic business accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth – Generate new sales opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for AEs.
  • Understand & Educate – Become a subject matter expert in automation and integration to effectively communicate Make.com’s value to potential customers.
  • Strategic Targeting – Research and develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers at top prospect accounts.
  • Organize & Track Progress – Maintain an organized book of business and consistently track engagement using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 🎓 BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS sales.
  • 📈 1+ years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • 💬 Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • ⚡ High energy & self-motivation – you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 🧩 Problem-solving mindset – you can think creatively and find ways to engage decision-makers.
  • 🕐 Strong time management & prioritization skills – ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
