What you'll do...
- Interact with current and potential Engrain clients via call, text, email and video conferencing
- Evangelize the benefits and opportunities of the TouchTour product
- Drive top of funnel opportunities by setting discovery calls and demonstrations between potential clients and Account Executives
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews with your direct Manager to summarize key performance metrics and set strategic goals fueling your growth
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams
- Represent Engrain at sales events and trade shows when necessary (5% travel maximum)
Requirements
What you offer us...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Some client facing experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Exposure to SalesForce, Salesloft and Google Suite
- Experience within multifamily, senior living, or general real estate a major plus
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment, knowing how to get it done - whatever it may be - with a sense of urgency

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: The anticipated base salary amount for this position is $50,000, with final compensation dependent on a variety of factors like experience, certifications and skill set.
