About the role: 

Unite Us is looking for a Business Development Representative who wants to join a growing tech startup that is transforming health and social services. As an Inbound BDR, you will be responsible for learning the Unite Us software and sales objectives, and understanding the marketplace for our software.  You will engage with warm leads from potential customers who have expressed interest in Unite Us through our inbound channels. After meeting with them you will hand off potential sales opportunities to Senior Sales personnel. You will be the first impression a prospect has of Unite Us, so your passion and drive to grow Unite Us business must be priority number one.

You will be joining the growing and experienced Sales team where you can learn industry best practices from prospect to close. We are looking for a go-getter who is a quick learner, organized, passionate about social issues, and is driven to exceed expectations. 

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner and qualify these opportunities
  • Effectively ask questions to understand inbound customer’s needs 
  • Work closely with Sales team to secure meetings and seamlessly transition relationship with qualified inbound leads
  • Deliver feedback on external discussions to Marketing and Sales teams, in order to shape future targeting and messaging
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • List clean to ensure maximum deliverability and response rates for our sales team


You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • You have 1+  years of sales or BDR experience (bonus if it’s within SaaS) 
  • You have experience working within Salesforce

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S.-based
  • The target pay range for this role is: $48,000 - 52,500 This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
  • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
