The Business Development Representative role will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales of healthcare and Diagnostic Medical Imaging products and services.

Roshal Health is a national company offering technology-driven, on-demand Diagnostic Imaging solutions to Healthcare clients across the United States.  The company founded in 2005 with the goal of transforming the way diagnostic imaging services are sourced and delivered. 

Roshal Health anticipates significant growth over the next two years and is seeking a motivated, positive, experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team.  The BDR position is a full-time, salaried & commissioned, primarily remote position.  Our full-time employees are eligible for full benefits (Med/Den/Vis/401K) and PTO. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred
  • Proven 2+ year track record of success in sales, within the healthcare and/or Diagnostic Imaging setting and/or other healthcare consulting or staffing industries
  • Experience in calling into hospitals, healthcare systems and FSEDs
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound prospecting environment with persistent follow-up via phone and email 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools. (Ideally Hubspot)
  • Must comfortable with occasional travel to client sites, company meetings & industry events
  • Knowledge and experience with sales related platforms like Definitive or Apollo preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with clients to gain understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Set client meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams such as Marketing and Talent Acquisition.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Have a deep understanding of the healthcare products or services offered by the company.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress towards targets.
  • Document daily activity for reporting
