Business Development Representative

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – Onsite required during first 4 weeks)

Simeio is seeking a professional and motivated Business Development Representative to support early pipeline development and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This individual will be responsible for conducting both cold and warm outreach to generate qualified meetings for our Sales Directors and technical teams, contributing directly to the success of our long, relationship‑driven sales cycles.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach, including cold and warm calls, to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the full lifecycle sales organization.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification records within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support ongoing pipeline initiatives.
  • Represent Simeio in a professional, articulate, and client‑focused manner during all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Prior professional experience in business, sales, or customer‑facing roles; this is not an entry-level position.
  • Demonstrated experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with prospects.
  • Background in technology, account management, customer success, long sales cycles, or similar relationship‑oriented fields is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to work onsite for the first four weeks; hybrid schedule available thereafter.
