About the job

As a Market Research Specialist/Manager at ViFiVE, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish – working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will lead all aspects of business development from market research to business contracts. This includes ensuring market strategy, product plan, engineering direction, and user research. You will research emerging market trends from potential customers and will predict needs and advocate clients. You will work with a business development team and researchers/developers who are building an AI-platform-as-a-service to revolutionize the Digital Health industry.

You will:

  • Act as the liaison and single point of contact for new product plan and market research
  • Lead and anticipate all aspects of product plan of ViFiVE products
  • Evaluate and manage new requirements from strategic business relationships, partnerships, alliances, key contract providers and/or licensing collaborators
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and cross-functional communication across multiple partners and internal R&D teams
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with external collaborators and experts to identify innovative ideas and drive ViFiVE’s business interests forward


Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of program management experience in one or more of the following: market research & analytics, new product introduction, user onboarding, new technology adoption operations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics.
  • Business development experience in digital technology or digital healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve objectives.
  • Significant experience in taking initiative and managing multiple work streams. 
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital health technology.
  • Strong ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate business points with partners as well as internal R&D teams.
