Business Development Manager, Technology Ecosystems - NG SIEM, 3PI (Remote)

About the Role:
This role is part of the Technology Ecosystems team and is responsible for driving CrowdStrike Technology Alliance partner development and 3rd party ISV product collaboration for outbound partnerships with a focus on NG SIEM, SOAR, and Foundry.
This role will 1) identify integration use cases with key Technology Alliance partners, 2) drive 3rd party ISV collaboration for product needs, 3) build business cases and identify key partnerships, 4) manage the delivery and launch of integrations, data connectors, and packages, 5) framework future SIEM program expansions with PM and Engineering teams, and 6) track results and outcomes of partnership to present to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Qualify and develop partner integrations with Technology Alliance partners
Manage all aspects of onboarding including contracts, NFR licensing, and system account setup
Lead initial onboarding conversations, ensuring partners understand integration requirements and expectations
Manage the partner development lifecycle
Establish and negotiate partner contracts
Convey use cases to partner and establish expectations and timelines
Enable partner development through documentation and development resources
Align with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Program Management teams to align evaluate market opportunities and product gaps, to identify and engage with partners who can meet market and technology requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align partner recruitment efforts based on roadmap
Work with technical teams to rationalize use cases based on technical requirements
Coordinate with key business units to manage integration roadmap, track timelines, identify dependencies, and deliver updates
Create meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with partner organizations in harmony with other go-to-market efforts
Define and execute operational processes that allow CrowdStrike to scale its partnership programs
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or related roles
Understanding of technology ecosystems, preferably in cybersecurity
Experience with technology partner programs and/or cloud marketplace integrations
Strong process orientation with ability to document, track, and measure partner activities
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to help move various stakeholders forward on joint goals
Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment on requirements and priorities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable presenting in front of groups
Bonus Points:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with cybersecurity, development cycles, SDLC process, DevOps, or log management
Proficiency with Salesforce, Confluence, Asana, and Jira
Background in project management or operational roles requiring systematic tracking and reporting
Technical aptitude with experience in solution consulting, technical partnerships, or developer ecosystem roles
Understanding of SIEM, SOAR, data ingest methods (APIs, log forwarding, streaming), and other common cybersecurity technology categories

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
