What does a great Sales Development Representative do at Fiserv?

The Sales Development Representative at Fiserv is responsible for facilitating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.  As the first line of communication for a prospective client, this individual is required to have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What will you do:

  • Recruit top-of-funnel partners with an emphasis on working with ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners.
  • Conduct cold call outreach using a daily call list.
  • Manage sophisticated marketing email sequences to target ISV prospects.
  • Contact inbound leads to qualify ISV prospects and set up meetings with Business Development Directors.
  • Utilize CRM systems rigorously to track daily activities and performance while meeting monthly quotas for establishing ISV prospect meetings.

What you will need to have:

  • High School graduate/GED.
  • 1+ years of Sales or Business Development experience.
  • 1+ years of experience making outbound sales phone calls.
  • 1+ years of experience in cold calling customers.

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience in working with ISV’s and/or payments.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • HubSpot experience.

In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The successful candidate is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the terms of the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan

Salary Range

$39,600.00 - $92,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For commission eligible employees, the successful candidate is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the terms of the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
