The Business Coordinator will assist with project management, administrative tasks, and communication within Elevation Church, ensuring smooth operations across various departments related to music and events.

RESPONSIBILITIESDistribution Administration
- Assist with metadata, white sheets, submission sheets, and intake documents for DSP (Digital Service Provider) project turn-ins.
- Support Asana project management for all release timelines.
- Assist with setup, design, ordering, and delivery for physical releases (CDs, vinyl, packaging).
Label Administration
- Monitor and respond to the Elevation Worship email inbox and general phone inquiries.
- Assist with Elevation Church weekend YouTube/Facebook claims in collaboration with the digital team.
- Assist with album lyric sheets, credit documents, and related materials.
- Communicate lyrics, CCLI information, and credit needs to the Elevation Church weekend team.
- Assist with guest agreements for EC weekend in partnership with Central Worship.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, vendor setup, and payment processing as needed.
Awards Administration
- Maintain organization and membership for awards associations (GMA, Grammys, Dove Awards, etc.).
- Assist with nominations, submissions, and required documentation.
- Coordinate orders and tracking for plaques, trophies, and certificates for award recognitions.
Partner & DSP Relations
- Help maintain relationships with DSP partners as needed (Apple, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc.).
- Support communication with our distributor, ensuring they have the information and vision needed for all projects and releases.
Analytics
- Analyzes music-related data and prepares/maintains weekly performance reports.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documents with consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, and project management tools (Asana or similar).
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
- Previous experience in the music industry, entertainment operations, or creative administration.
- Familiarity with DSP workflows (metadata, releases, credits, UPC/ISRC management).
- Understanding of music publishing, CCLI, licensing, or copyright administration.
- Experience coordinating award submissions or membership management.
- Proficiency with design tools for physical packaging support (bonus, not required).
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative or ministry environment.
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
