Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our company.
Summary:
- A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.
- Will assist with system technical tasks, requirements gathering, management, and documentation for project and sustainment work, as well as business process management related to COTS/GOTS HR IT systems.
Requirements:
- A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.
- Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Human Resources IT systems.
- Must be capable of performing and documenting system configuration and management, completing scope-defined technical tasks, interpreting software test results, and assisting with remediation.
- Must have experience in requirements tracking, documentation, and creating process/feature documentation.
- Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to assist with troubleshooting identified problems and escalate them as needed.
- Must have prior experience integrating new technologies/systems and their data.
- Must have prior experience performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users.
Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Skillsoft learning platform
- Hands-on experience with enterprise COTS/GOTS Learning Management software/HR suites.
