The Opportunity...
We are seeking a Media Buying Analyst (or Real-time Bidding RTB Strategy Analyst) to oversee and optimize our Ping Post and Click Buying operations within our Health, Life, and Medicare Insurance division. Think of this role like digital day trading — rapid-fire decision-making, algorithmic adjustments, and real-time strategy shifts — all designed to maximize performance across supply and demand channels. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, media trading, and lead generation, making split-second optimizations that drive profitable outcomes. This is a highly dynamic and impactful role where your analytical precision and quick thinking directly affect revenue.

How You’ll Contribute...

  • Collaborate in refining and improving our Media Ping Post/Real-time Bidding (RTB) strategy across all LOB and participate in future automation initiatives to super charge our already robust presence in the market
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc).
  • Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and strategy optimization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to stay focused and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) to understand and modify algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with ping post systems and click buying platforms or similar

What We're Looking For...

  • 3-5 years in proven experience in supply and demand analysis and strategy development, as well as lead buying & selling.
  • Deep understanding of click-buying, media arbitrage, and supply/demand optimization.
  • Experience in a day-trading-like environment or similar high-intensity decision-making roles.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
