JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brands is looking for a Business Analyst in Workforce Analytics who wants to make a difference! 

Reporting to the Manager of Analytics and Capacity Planning while supporting our Auto Glass Now (AGN) brand, this role is responsible for delivering clear, actionable insights that inform operational decision-making. 

This role collaborates with AGN leadership, translating business questions into structured analysis, identifying performance drivers, and delivering recommendations that influence the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently solve business problems, communicate insights effectively, and partner with stakeholders across the organization.  

How you will Own It:  

  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand objectives and define analytical needs. 
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations. 
  • Independently determine the appropriate analytical approach to solve business problems and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Document business logic, assumptions, KPIs, and requirements for the organization. 
  • Clearly communicate & deliver analysis to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. 
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel-based analytical files used to support recurring and ad-hoc decision-making. 
  • Maintain, enhance, and update Excel-based forecasting models that support operational planning and capacity decisions 
  • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies across multiple data sources 

 What you’ll Bring:   

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Workforce Management, capacity planning, or a related analytical role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and analytical problem-solving. 
  • Working knowledge writing or using SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.  
  • Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills. 
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and strong business judgement. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Added Fuel if you have: 

  • Strong proficiency in querying & manipulating large datasets using SQL. 
  • Experience using Power Query or Power Pivot

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
