$47,800.00 and $94,900.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$54,000.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Prospect for new business and sell bundled coax Internet, voice and video solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within your assigned territory
- Generate sales leads through various tactics and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Place orders using order management software and ensure all related administrative tasks, including contracts and billing forms, are completed accurately and promptly
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Spectrum Business coax services, rates and applicable taxes, and demonstrate strong selling skills
- Collaborate with Account Coordinators for any non-automated orders and hand off non-sales inquiries to Customer Service, allowing full focus on sales efforts
- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce.com and other tools to maximize territory potential
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training, apply new sales techniques and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance standards

What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years sales experience or 2+ years in telecom or technical industry
Skills
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services with emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle environment
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Bilingual Korean
