$151,400.00 and $322,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and oversee all Multi-Tenant Sales Department activities for your assigned division, ensuring alignment with Spectrum's objectives
- Guide Senior Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors in developing effective customer and sales strategies to maximize results
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve customer growth and revenue targets for Multi-Tenant Sales
- Communicate goals, strategies and requirements to field teams, monitoring and evaluating performance for continuous improvement
- Foster a motivated, energetic organization focused on achieving sales and revenue goals through innovation and improvement
- Provide financial modeling and analysis in collaboration with interdepartmental leaders to forecast monthly results and drive strategic decisions
- Ensure professional account management for assigned Multi-Tenant accounts, promoting revenue growth, retention and enhanced customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 10+ years of management experience
- Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance meeting Spectrum standards

- Knowledge of direct sales strategies
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to supervise and motivate teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
