The Broadcast Engineer will oversee technical execution of broadcast events, train staff, maintain equipment, and support church services. Responsibilities include enhancing production quality and adaptability to meet dynamic church needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and oversee the technical execution of all Broadcast location production events.
- Train production staff to use live production technologies in our worship experiences effectively.
- Lead the broadcast tech team to manage and maintain all gear for local and remote broadcasts.
- Facilitate service, maintenance, and upgrades of live production equipment.
- Work closely with other members of the Live Production Department to identify and explore opportunities for greater impact.
- Assist with non-broadcast church and departmental events (as needed).
MUST-HAVES
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Passion for Production excellence and setting a distraction-free environment
- Strong technical background, including proficiency in using and troubleshooting AVL gear.
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Ministry training or education
DAY-TO-DAY
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
