We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused AVP, Brand Program Management to drive operational excellence across the Citi Wealth Brand & Creative Strategy team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring brand programs run smoothly, outputs meet a consistently high standard of quality, and initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. Working closely with the SVP-level brand leads, this individual will serve as the connective tissue across brand strategy, creative expression, governance, innovation, and strategic brand initiatives, ensuring coordinated execution at scale.

This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong project management discipline with a discerning eye for quality and visual standards, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proven experience in brand operations, event execution, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day oversight and quality control of brand expression across channels, materials, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Execute key programs — including enterprise events, sponsorships, and awards — in close partnership with SVP-level leads.
  • Drive program management across brand initiatives, including development and maintenance of timelines, workback schedules, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage budget operations and financial tracking, including invoice processing, accruals, and ongoing budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors, creative agencies, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality brand assets.
  • Review and assess brand materials submitted by internal teams and partners, applying a rigorous standard for quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Bring a strong sense of visual judgment to the development and refinement of presentations, leadership decks, and brand deliverables — ensuring every output reflects the standard of the Citi Wealth brand.
  • Support development of cultural and competitive intelligence, contributing inputs into the broader brand intelligence system.
  • Partner with internal teams including design, content, marketing, and finance to support seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and adoption of brand guidelines, visual toolkits, and internal communications to promote brand system understanding across the organization.
  • Support presentations and storytelling to advocate for the brand internally and externally.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in brand operations, marketing program management, or creative project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and campaign toolkits, with a practiced eye for quality, consistency, and visual standards.
  • Proven ability to assess and elevate the quality of brand materials — including presentations and leadership communications — with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders alike.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Key Competencies:

  • Highly organized and proactive program manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • A discerning eye for visual quality and brand consistency, with the ability to identify gaps, uphold standards, and elevate outputs across a wide range of materials and formats.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a drive to continuously improve processes and execution standards.
  • Passionate about delivering a best-in-class brand experience through disciplined, consistent, and high-quality execution.
