Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sling TV operates in a hyper-competitive, rapidly evolving streaming landscape where brand differentiation is vital for market survival. This role tackles the challenge of translating complex consumer insights into unified marketing frameworks that cut through the noise and drive brand consideration. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, the Brand Marketing Lead ensures that every customer touchpoint reinforces a consistent, compelling narrative that builds long-term loyalty and revenue growth.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Deliver high-impact brand campaigns by translating strategic creative briefs into production-ready assets that meet strict project milestones and brand standards
  • Maximize product launch efficacy by developing evidence-based messaging frameworks and claims validated through rigorous consumer testing in partnership with Insights teams
  • Orchestrate the annual brand planning lifecycle to align cross-functional stakeholders with a unified departmental vision and operational roadmap
  • Drive measurable revenue growth and long-term business objectives through the deployment of strategic initiatives in collaboration with Go-to-Market teams
  • Optimize media performance by directing creative weighting and providing data-backed recommendations for quarterly campaign shifts and optimizations
  • Expand brand reach and audience engagement through the integration of cross-promotional strategies with key content, distribution, and brand partners

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Exceptional capability to influence cross-functional partners and lead without formal authority to achieve unified marketing goals
  • Mastery of professional communication and interpersonal dynamics required to navigate complex organizational structures and partner relations
  • Demonstrated agility and resilience when navigating ambiguous, high-velocity business environments to deliver results
  • Expertise in interpreting marketing metrics and consumer data to derive actionable insights that drive brand health
  • AI literacy and the ability to apply generative AI tools to streamline creative workflows, message testing, and marketing operations
  • Critical experience managing end-to-end brand lifecycles or product marketing campaigns within the TV or streaming media industry

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in brand, product marketing, or campaign management
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Brand strategy and messaging framework development
    • Creative brief drafting and asset production management
    • Marketing analytics and performance reporting

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
