Reporting to the Creative Director, you will help build and implement design systems that affect nearly every marketing interaction including: the website, advertising, and trade show booths. This designer will shepherd multiple concurrent projects from conception to delivery and will seek to learn from their performance. You will work with a small team on both large and small tasks. So, while you’re contributing to the evolution of the Cresta brand, you’ll also be helping to get that vital presentation ready for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and refine all manner of marketing materials including those for: web, ads, events, presentations, and collateral
- Implement existing design standards in the materials you create and manage the implementation of those standards in outsourced works
- Help build new design standards that set Cresta above competitive noise
- Have a point of view and contribute thoughtfully to all creative efforts, whether that means moving pixels around, or having constructive feedback
- Stay organized and communicate effectively with creative partners and stakeholders
- Continuously trial new tools and services that might help elevate the quality of our work, or the efficiency of creative production
- Be a Team Player: We’re a small team, so pitch in where needed and support your colleagues
- Learn from results: Find ways to evaluate the effectiveness of a deliverable and use what you learn to improve the next one
Qualifications We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of marketing design experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
- Excellent communication skills: Comfort presenting work and articulating the rationale for specific design decisions
- Excellent organization skills and experience managing complex projects
- Proficiency in design production tools including Adobe Suite
- A portfolio of design work that demonstrates your ability to deliver excellence
- Experience marketing software or AI products
- Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and virtual agents
- Web or interactive design expertise
- Agency experience relevant to marketing like advertising or brand development
Perks & Benefits:
- We offer Cresta employees a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs
- Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend
- Paid parental leave to support you and your family
- Monthly Gym & Phone allowance
- Work from home office stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment
- Lunches and dinners included for in-office employees via Grubhub

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers.
