About the RoleThe Senior Designer, Omni brand creative will support the Associate Creative Director and the broader Banana Republic creative team in visualizing our brand through elevated, distinctive and consumer-centric creative. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business results while aligning to our brand codes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly skilled in design execution, that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You'll Do
  • Develop creative and storytelling across 360° marketing campaigns, including site, video,
    email, media, and social

  • Expand seasonal concepts and positioning into brand world-building solutions 

  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing partners to ensure cohesive, compelling storytelling that performs

  • Support ACD on campaign concepting and preproduction

  • Oversee projects from concept through final execution, ensuring consistency, quality,
    and attention to detail.

  • Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity across channels while staying attuned to industry and cultural trends.

  • Expand and share expertise to strengthen the overall creative team

Who You Are
  • 3-5+ years of design experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand

  • A strong portfolio showcasing skill in cross channel creative:  site, video, email,
    media, and social

  • Current knowledge of creative best practices for relevant digital formats

  • Sophisticated eye for typography, layout, and image direction.

  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expert in the Adobe Suite, G-Suite, Figma. Experience in video editing, animation,
    AI is a plus

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
