Responsbilities:
- Harness the trends on the internet and capitalize on them to increase impressions and engagement
- Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams
- Design, execute and help with large social campaigns
- Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance
- Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Possessing a keen aesthetic sense, one has the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
- Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies
- Deep expertise of the digital media landscape and capable of identifying internet trends and/or opportunities for content
- Exceptional creativity in content ideation
- Minimum 5-10 hours per week commitment
