Billing Specialist I

The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes with ENTRUST. They are responsible for managing the billing activities, including invoice generation, payment processing, and resolving billing discrepancies.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues raised by customers, internal stakeholders, or third-party vendors.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing records.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update customer information in the billing system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to billing inquires, clarifying billing details, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel
