This role provides analytical support for a designated Own Brands Category Development team. This role provides analytical product performance, and insight for the PB Category Development Management teams in support of their work with category/portfolio management. The role is responsible for generating timely and accurate completion of Own Brands reporting and business insights.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes, interprets and reports all business metrics related to the Own Brands business portfolio.
- Designs and develops standardized Power BI reports for Own Brands Category Development Managers which will generate meaningful recommendations and insights regarding Own Brands opportunities resulting in increased sales and revenue.
- On a periodic and quarterly basis analyzies business results againts critical targets and provides actionable insights that are shared with organizational leadership.
- Provides analytical business performance and insight for the Own Brands Category Development Management teams in support of their work with Brand's product assortment reviews. Provides data driven recommendations for assortment changes.
- Designs and develops Power BI reports that provides insights for business process decision making.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Qualifications
- 3+ of relevant business experience
- Experience working with Business Inight application such as Power BI (preferred), MicroStrategy, Tablau, etc.
- Proficient in Office 365 Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Data Story Telling
- Root Cause Analysis methodolgies
- General understanding of relational databases
