We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Analyst to join us, on a 12-month fixed term contract, full time on a remote basis.
The Impact of a Benefit Analyst at Coupa:
As a Benefits Analyst at Coupa, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, globally-aligned benefits programs that enhance the employee experience. You’ll be a key member of the Total Rewards Team, supporting benefits administration across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, managing the operations related to employee benefit programs. This role will have a direct impact on the day-to-day satisfaction of employees and the overall efficiency of our global benefits function.
What You'll Do:
- Support new hires and existing employees with benefits enrolment, including the annual benefits enrollment process in the US
- Act as a first point of contact for all tier 1 benefits-related queries through our HR/Benefits service desk system, across all global locations
- Create and enhance self-service content, empowering employees and managers with easy-to-understand, accessible information about benefits and leave programs
- Support the roll out of enhanced family leave programs (parental, maternity, paternity) across EMEA and APAC
- Partner with HR Ops to identify process gaps and create scalable solutions that support growth and maintain operational excellence
- Collaborate with Payroll to validate and reconcile benefits data, reducing errors in payroll processing
- Regularly audit programs to ensure compliance with global regulations and industry best practices
- Manage the administration of benefit invoice processing, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and accountability
- Work closely with benefit brokers/vendors to ensure smooth benefits offboarding for departing employees, including communication of leaver data and support for post-employment benefits queries (e.g. pension transfers)
