We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Analyst to join us, on a 12-month fixed term contract, full time on a remote basis.
The Impact of a Benefit Analyst at Coupa:
As a Benefits Analyst at Coupa, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, globally-aligned benefits programs that enhance the employee experience. You’ll be a key member of the Total Rewards Team, supporting benefits administration across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, managing the operations related to employee benefit programs. This role will have a direct impact on the day-to-day satisfaction of employees and the overall efficiency of our global benefits function.
What You'll Do:
- Provide first-line support for global employee benefits enquiries and enrollment processes, including annual open enrollment in the US.
- Collaborate with HR Ops and Payroll to streamline processes, reconcile benefits data, and reduce errors in payroll and invoicing.
- Enhance employee experience through clear self-service content and support for family leave program rollouts across EMEA and APAC.
- Maintain compliance and accuracy by auditing benefit programs and managing vendor relationships, including offboarding support.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to close operational gaps and ensure consistency across global benefits administration.
