Summary:

The B2B T E Commerce Technical Product Manager leads the delivery and continuous improvement of B2B ecommerce digital experiences. This role will help drive execution across distributed teams, coordinate cross-functional planning, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver the capabilities customers need. This role requires hands-on expertise with Adobe Commerce 2.X (Magento), strong technical understanding of ecommerce architecture and integrations (including API integrations), and the ability to translate business goals into high-quality product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead a globally distributed development team.
  • Monitor utilization and planned work accordingly; run scrum and status ceremonies.
  • Coordinate cross-team updates; maintain project timelines and release plans.
  • Partner with departmental managers, developers, and QA to deliver quality solutions.
  • Work with business & IT stakeholders to define capabilities and integrate business knowledge with technical solutions.
  • Oversee digital channel design/development across technologies; define features and ensure testing.
  • Manage release notes/user guides; participate in Level 2 support and deployment testing.
  • Continuously evaluate improvements and contribute to quarterly/annual technology roadmaps.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years delivering B2B digital (ecommerce) products, including leading developers and QA teams; strong project/program execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or related focus.
  • Adobe Commerce 2.X (Magento) experience; expertise in design patterns, software architecture, and integration-focused development (API integrations).
  • Skilled in experimentation and user testing, leveraging data plus competitor and market analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Experienced in organizing and leading project planning, design reviews, and architectural meetings.
  • Continuous improvement mindset—iterating products, processes, and user experience for quality and outcomes; strong communication with international teams and high attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Technical project management and delivery, including resource planning.
  • Integration experience with ERP systems, including Punchout.
  • Headless architecture knowledge (ideally PWA).
  • CICD and modern deployment workflows (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
