Job Overview:
This role partners across product, engineering, and business teams to plan, analyze, and deliver technology solutions that support wealth management capabilities. The position translates business needs into actionable deliverables, drives alignment across stakeholders, and ensures solutions are documented, measurable, and scalable.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution planning, refinement, and execution, including whiteboarding, persona definition, journey mapping, and level‑of‑effort estimation

  • Translate business, product, and technical inputs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans for engineering teams

  • Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to evaluate solution options, trade‑offs, and implementation approaches

  • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to technical and non‑technical stakeholders to maintain alignment

  • Evaluate development proposals and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability, performance, and delivery outcomes

  • Support risk identification and mitigation related to product delivery and operational processes

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation within project and solution management tools

  • Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to inform iterative improvements

What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking individuals who consistently pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively to win together, contributes to a positive culture, and helps create and share joy through meaningful, high‑impact work.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience guiding technical product development within a financial services or wealth management organization

  • 5+ years of experience translating business and technical requirements into deliverables for software engineering teams

  • 3+ years of experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

  • 3+ years of experience using project and solution management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365) for tracking and reporting

  • 3+ years of experience contributing to product roadmap planning, including prioritization and trade‑off analysis

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in deliverables

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build alignment across stakeholders

Preferences:

  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, release management, and continuous integration and delivery

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and leveraging them to improve efficiency and outcomes

  • Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting team development initiatives

Pay Range:

$109,283.00 - $182,104.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
