Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Frontline Transformation Strategy, to champion and drive change across our frontline functions to include Risk, Compliance and Supervision.

This leader will be responsible for helping set, execute, and drive accountability to deliver on a multi-year transformation strategy, roadmap and executive reporting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Component

    • Hold the pen—help document the vision for Frontline Transformation and reporting updates on key Transformation initiatives;

    • Define reporting routines to track progress on the Transformation-related portfolio of work;

    • Help create, maintain, and track against a multi-year Frontline Transformation Roadmap;

    • Assist in driving key projects and initiatives related to the Frontline Transformation by personally owning initiatives, providing program management support, developing executive reporting, and anticipating and meeting the emergent needs of the frontline functions to achieve a transformation;

    • Build relationships with senior frontline leaders to help ensure the Frontline Transformation serves and enables those leaders to meet their business objectives;

  • Executive Reporting Component

    • Develop and execute on the right cadence and timelines for executive reporting and varying levels of the organization from Board of Directors, CEO, President, etc.

    • Collect, review and validate data for consistency, accuracy from a “big picture” view

    • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to develop outcome-focused, data-driven materials to support oversight and decision-making

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in transformation, change management, consulting, program management, process improvement, or strategy execution.

  • 5+ years of financial services experience.

  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and strategic reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

  • Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation or strategic business initiatives.

Preferences:

  • Management consulting experience .

  • Wealth management, broker-dealer, or advisory services experience.

  • Experience supporting executive committees, strategic planning offices, or board reporting.

  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification.

  • Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Supervision, Controls, Governance, or Regulatory functions.

Pay Range:

$97,850.00 - $163,152.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
