Job Overview:

The AVP, Cyan Experience & Advisor AI Workspace owns the product strategy, roadmap, adoption, and end-to-end user experience for Cyan, LPL’s AI-powered advisor workspace.

Cyan serves as the advisor-facing experience layer that brings together AI-powered capabilities across servicing, financial planning, growth, knowledge, and other advisor workflows. Rather than requiring advisors to navigate multiple AI solutions independently, Cyan provides a unified workspace that helps advisors discover, access, and orchestrate AI capabilities in the context of their daily work.

This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver a cohesive advisor experience and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the advisor platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Cyan product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.

  • Define advisor journeys, user experience requirements, and product capabilities that improve advisor productivity and client outcomes.

  • Partner with domain product teams to onboard and integrate new AI capabilities into Cyan.

  • Lead roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, dependency management, and release readiness activities.

  • Synthesize advisor feedback, usage analytics, and pilot results to inform product decisions, roadmap priorities, and investment opportunities.

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and AI Hub teams to influence platform capabilities that improve advisor outcomes, performance, reliability, scalability, and adoption.

  • Define, measure, and optimize adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business value delivered through Cyan.

  • Drive alignment and communication across Product, Engineering, Operations, Advisor Success, and business stakeholders to support successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing evolution of the Cyan experience.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking a product leader who is motivated to pursue greatnessact with integrity, and remain driven to help our clients succeedthrough innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively across teams to win together, embraces continuous learning and improvement, and helps create and share joy through meaningful contributions that enhance the advisor experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience supporting customer-facing products, digital experiences, or enterprise applications.

  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption metrics.

  • Experience translating customer and business needs into product priorities.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.

Preferences:

  • Experience with AI copilots, conversational experiences, AI agents, or workplace productivity tools.

  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or advisor technology.

  • Experience working with platform products and shared enterprise capabilities.

  • Familiarity with AI platforms, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Pay Range:

$108,665.00 - $181,177.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
