Summary
The Automation & Back-End Developer is a part of the Bank's Technology Development Team and is responsible for the Bank's integration, AI automation and data-science software development projects to meet the new stage of the Bank's digitalization and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities• Develop and evolve integration components between the bank's partners systems and internal systems.• Design and implement AI automations using AWS AI tools.• Analyze requirements and design POCs to demonstrate ROI.• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.• Expertise in understanding API management platforms, design standards, patterns and best practices.• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.• Willingness to learn and pick up new technologies when requested

Qualifications • BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field, or significant equivalent experience• 1 to 2+ years of professional experience in software application development• Proficient understanding of python coding language• Proficient understanding of data distribution over the network, e.g.: directly to a database, or through REST or SOAP API over HTTP• Proficient understanding of AI LLM models and how to use them in automation.• Proficient understanding of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL (document based)• Familiarity with document processing and OCRs.• Good understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines ecosystem• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, RDS, Bedrock, CloudWatch, and Lambda• Familiarity with observability tools and techniques such as distributed tracing, structured logging, and gathering metrics• Strong oral and written communication skills with a preference for team-based work• A desire to work with and contribute to an energetic and engaged team of technology• Detail-oriented, even when faced with multiple deadlines on multiple projects• An interest in continuous learning and experimenting in the benefit of delivering value to users
