About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Trade Services Processor as a part of US Trade Services Standby Letter of Credit Team within Commercial Banking Operations Division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
  • Support Trade Services
  • Review payments, transactions, and amendments to improve work processes within established procedures
  • Ensure all mail, documents, and applications for letter of credit are processed in accordance with Bank policy and internal operating procedures
  • Organize all copies of outgoing messages and distribute them to the appropriate area
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions to more experienced roles
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Foundational Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Foundational analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work additional hours based on business need.
  • Ability to work in the office five days a week.
