What you’ll do

  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, positioning Stryker’s Endoscopy products as the go-to solution
  • Partner with our Territory Managers, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals to exceed sales targets
  • Support your customers with expert product knowledge, ensuring they get the best possible solutions in every procedure
  • Work closely with a high-energy, results-driven team to hit goals and celebrate wins together

Minimum requirements

  • A driven self-starter with natural tenacity who thrives on smashing goals
  • Strong, engaging communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilience and curiosity — you love a challenge
  • Full drivers license and full unrestricted working rights in Australia

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, health or related field
  • Sales or healthcare experience is a bonus
