Position Summary
The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner plays a hybrid role, providing both sourcing support and full-cycle recruitment across a range of positions. Responsible for proactively identifying qualified candidates and building high-quality talent pipelines, this role supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. The Associate TAP builds trust with business and HR stakeholders by delivering responsive, service-oriented support throughout the recruitment process. Leveraging sourcing tools, networking, and candidate engagement strategies, they nurture talent pipelines aligned to business growth. Success in this role requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsible for identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Builds trust and mutual understanding with both business and HR counterparts, delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction through the fulfillment of commitments
Engage or nurture relationships with potential candidates, leveraging social, networking, sourcing tools, etc. to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline that aligns with organizational growth and skill requirements.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
Qualifications
2+ years proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
Knowledge in, or desire to learn, all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), and Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Ability to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Familiar with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Effective time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and requests.
Solid organizational, problem solving, multitasking abilities, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Capable of adapting to changing circumstances and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining professionalism in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
Adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring practices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with full cycle recruitment.
Experience using Workday ATS Recruiting
Salary Range: $72,000 - $80,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
