Associate Staff Consultant, Support Sales & Marketing

Manages and grows a local advertising client portfolio by prospecting, developing relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Designs data-informed advertising strategies across linear TV, streaming, and digital channels; presents media plans, executes campaigns, tracks performance, and uses attribution insights to optimize results. Maintains forecasts and pipeline reporting, prioritizes territory accounts, resolves client challenges, and provides consultative recommendations that support client outcomes and account growth.

Designs and implements complex enterprise network solutions, supports customer pilots and sales, provides Tier IV escalation support, troubleshoots network issues, develops capacity models, evaluates hardware and software, maintains technical documentation and procedures, and conducts security audits. Leads and mentors network engineers, presents technical information, participates in an on-call rotation, and supports customer professional services projects. The role requires independent judgment, occasional travel, and variable night or weekend work.

Lead sales floor performance and mentor peers while delivering exceptional brand storytelling and customer service. Drive personal and store sales, champion omnichannel and social/virtual selling, support live-stream and social content, perform opening/closing procedures, and contribute to an inclusive team culture. Assist with events, capture client feedback, and maintain product knowledge across categories.
