OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for managing all production projects relating to assigned campaigns or promotions by partnering with internal and external partners to support the business priorities. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with DMN Account Managers & other cross-functional teammates within the Marketing Department to ensure smooth and continuous workflow of production processes and on-time delivery of all campaigns.  

Operational:

  • Provide a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of projects across various marketing channels.
  • Create and maintain projects for all marketing collateral from campaign approval through release.
  • Develop and maintain project scheduling, reporting, and tracking documentation and communicate schedule changes as they arise.  
  • Identify activities in project plans that are at risk and implement mitigation measures.
  • Work closely with the project team regarding deadline extensions and/or change in scope of project and provides project alternatives and scenarios.
  • Ensure stakeholder feedback is actioned on a timely basis.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize processes and project templates, as needed.

System Knowledge:

  • Act as the expert in Workfront Management Software and production processes.
  • Serve as a resource in the operation and development of Salesforce Media Cloud.
  • Assist in the maintenance of Microsoft Sharepoint file storage and access.

Cross Functional Relationships:

  • Initiate and lead cross-functional internal project meetings needed for alignment and execution.
  • Partner with Account Managers to facilitate key decision making, remove roadblocks, and outline risks to drive the projects forward through release.
  • Create and communicate agendas beforehand, as needed, as well as recapping next steps afterwards.
  • Actively monitor project status and proactively communicate and address any challenges that put a project at risk.
  • Communicate with cross functional teammates to adjust timelines, project scope and/or resources needed.
  • Stay current on relevant product categories and business priorities by aligning and collaborating with internal business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on creative guidelines and assist in communicating them to internal and external partners, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or equivalent work experienced preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Project coordination with familiarity with project management workflow systems

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
