We're seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Enterprise Program and Project Management team. As the central hub for cross-functional collaboration in our remote environment, we coordinate initiatives that drive our company's core operations.
This role offers dynamic challenges - from designing new cross-functional processes to creating client migration schedules. As we grow rapidly, you'll have the opportunity to identify gaps and develop new skills.

The ideal candidate will:
- Transform ambiguity into structured solutions
- Execute projects with precision and attention to detailCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite
- Manage the complete lifecycle of cross-functional projects
- Maintain our Notion-based knowledge base to ensure information accessibility
What you'll do…
- Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on the scheduled timeline.
- Develop project plans for efforts with high impact or that involve more than 3 functional teams.
- Delegate project tasks to accountable employees and follow up effectively via written and verbal methods.
- Identify project risks and develop recommendations and reaction plans.
- Become the project subject matter expert. Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of a project’s organization, timeline, and status.
- Communicate transparently with leaders and team members to keep the project aligned with business requirements and goals to prevent scope creep.
- Aid in documentation and process creation, create and monitor reports, and conduct necessary data analysis.
- Organize and facilitate the maintenance of company knowledge across teams.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience – inclusive of project planning, cross-functional team coordination, and successful delivery of project deliverables.
- Moderate level of experience with Excel or Sheets.
- You're a problem solver and not intimidated by what you don't know.
- You're willing to put in the time to learn, and are dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, while remaining detail-oriented.
- A team-first attitude.
- Ability to adapt and pivot your approach quickly.
