This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Associate National Account Manager serves as a key interface with Best Buy, owning the day-to-day relationship across Refrigeration and Freezers. This role drives sales performance, demand planning, and financial outcomes while partnering cross-functionally to execute product strategies and deliver profitable growth. Success in this role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary account interface for Best Buy, driving sales growth, profitability, and achievement of financial and volume targets across assigned product categories

  • Manage forecasting and planning for volume, promotional spend, and product transitions in alignment with business objectives

  • Monitor and analyze in-store and online performance, identifying opportunities to improve mix, margin, and overall sales performance

  • Lead cross-functional alignment and preparation for customer-facing meetings, including product line reviews and strategic business updates

  • Partner with merchandising, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute product assortments and go-to-market strategies

  • Support product lifecycle management, including new model setup, activation, and ongoing performance optimization

  • Manage customer-related operational activities, including issue resolution, returns, and cost exposure mitigation

  • Collaborate with finance and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate investment planning, reporting, and alignment to profitability targets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, brand management, sales operations, finance, marketing, or merchandising

  • Strong financial and analytical capability, including forecasting and performance analysis

  • Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, marketing, product, and supply chain teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP and data analysis tools preferred
