Supports retail media and omnichannel campaign execution for client accounts, coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, creative assets, reporting, and campaign recaps. Conducts digital shelf assessments and recommends improvements to product detail page content, images, copy, compliance, and optimization. Collaborates with clients, retailers, media partners, digital strategists, and internal stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
This position is #Hybrid, in the office 3 days a week.
You will support retail media execution and digital shelf analysis for client accounts, partnering with Digital Strategists, retail partners, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
You must have strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Support the activation and execution of retailer-specific omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and launch requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Recap monthly campaign activations and maintain campaign tracking documentation.
- Collect and organize post-campaign reporting from retailers, media partners, and internal teams
- Manage monthly campaign recaps for your assigned retailers
- Develop creative assets in Canva for select retailers and campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain creative deliverables for campaign activations.
- Ensure all creative materials align with retailer specifications.
- Manage creative deadlines and communicate asset requirements to stakeholders.
- Conduct digital shelf assessments to identify opportunities for content improvement, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve product detail pages with images and copy against retailer standards and best practices.
- Support additional retail media projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business, customer management, or a related field, with a strong retail omnichannel marketing.
- Strong understanding of retail media networks.
- Familiarity with grocery, CPG, or retail marketing environments.
- Knowledge of digital shelf optimization and eCommerce content best practices
- Learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong retail consumer marketing strategy development and execution experience
