We are looking for a Digital Strategist with Media Planning expertise to join our team and play a critical role in shaping digital marketing strategies for our healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Role Overview

As a Digital Strategist – Media Planning & Analytics, you will drive audience planning, digital strategy, segmentation, and performance optimization across marketing channels. This role requires a strong background in marketing, media planning, data analytics, marketing attribution, and financial tracking, ensuring that client campaign investments align with business objectives.

You will collaborate with media partners, planners, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns that maximize engagement, optimize spend allocation, and deliver measurable ROI. Additionally, you will be responsible for the backend financial processes, ensuring smooth invoicing, tracking, and reporting of media budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and endemic healthcare platforms.
  • Own audience planning and segmentation, leveraging data to define high-value targets in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space.
  • Partner with media teams and external vendors to manage campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Analyze performance metrics to guide data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Oversee budget allocation and spend tracking, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to track attribution models and assess the impact of media investments.
  • Optimize digital marketing initiatives based on key insights, adjusting tactics to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, media planning, and analytics, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data-driven marketing, and multi-channel media planning.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and healthcare-specific digital platforms.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, or similar), and data visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and financial tracking related to media spend and campaign reconciliation.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize digital performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams and external media partners.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage budgets, and drive strategic media investments.
